1. Place all ingredients except the salt & pepper in a shallow dish. 2. Marinate the salmon, skin side up, for at least 1 hour. 3. On a cookie sheet lined with foil, drizzle olive oil and place the salmon skin side down. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven & garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
