1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped chicken, garam masala, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. 2. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes. 3. Lower heat and stir in cream or yogurt. Simmer another 2 minutes until thickened. Adjust salt if needed. 4. Spread a little more yogurt onto the tortillas then spoon filling onto tortillas and roll up tight. 5. Place seam side down on a baking sheet or air fryer basket. Spray or brush with oil or butter. 6. Bake at 425°F for 12–15 min or air fry at 400°F for 6–8 min until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
