1. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat and add the onions, carrots & garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 2. Remove the veggies and set aside. 3. Add the beef and sauté on medium high heat until cooked, about 5 minutes. 4. Add in the egg and scramble. Add salt & pepper or my [Not So] SIMPLE SPICE. 5. Add in the green peas and cooked rice. 6. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often. 7. Garnish with fresh green onions. Enjoy!
