Forget the King Cake for Mardi Gras and make my King Crack! A quick and easy sweet treat with crackers, brown sugar, butter, and two types of chocolate chips, finished with festive sprinkles.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Lay out the crackers on the baking sheet. Melt the butter and brown sugar on the stove, then pour on top of the crackers. Place in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn off the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 1 minute, then remove and spread around the chocolate with a knife. Cover with sprinkles. Completely cool and leave on the countertop to harden overnight. Break up into large pieces and enjoy!
