Chocolate Lovers Parfaits with White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

First, prepare the white chocolate covered strawberries:

1. Pour 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or white almond bark into a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir the chocolate then cook for another 20 seconds. Do not over melt or the chocolate will be burned and too thick to dip.
3. Pick up each of the 4 strawberries by the leaves and carefully dip it into the chocolate, making sure it’s coated up to the leaves.
4. Place coated strawberries on parchment paper to dry.
5. Repeat until all the strawberries are coated. Let them dry for at least 15 minutes before trying to remove them from the parchment paper.

Next, assemble the parfaits:

1. Prepare brownies from the box mix as instructed on the package, then cut them into hearts or break them into pieces.
2. In individual glasses, build the parfaits by starting with a layer of brownies.
3. Add a layer of whipped cream, then sprinkles, then chocolate pretzels.
4. Add another layer of whipped cream, then chocolate hearts.
5. Add a final layer of whipped cream and sprinkles.
6. Top each parfait with one chocolate covered strawberry, one chocolate heart, and one chocolate pretzel.
7. Repeat the layering in additional glasses until all ingredients are used.

*You can also layer into a large trifle bowl and scoop out individual servings.
