1. Slice cucumbers & place in a bowl with 1/2 tsp salt. 2. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to draw out the water. 3. Drain the water and give the cucumbers a rinse before returning back to the bowl/container. You may need to repeat a few times. 4. In a small bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients then pour onto the cucumbers. Mix until well combined. Enjoy!
