1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add the cranberries, orange juice, peel, sugar, & water. 2. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 5 minutes or until the cranberries have popped. 3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Apple cider vinegar. Let cool then strain into a container to store. 4. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours then it’s ready. 5. To make the mocktail, add ice the 1/2 shrub & 1/2 soda water (equal parts). Enjoy!
