1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined. 2. Pat the lamb chops with a paper towel to make sure they are dry. 3. Place the lamb chops in a zip lock bag or glass container and pour the marinade over the lamb. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
