Easy Mardi Gras Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. 
2. Mix the cake accordingly to the box instructions. 
3. Take half of the crescent rolls and spread on the sides of the bundt pan. 
4. Pour in the cake mix. 
5. Spoon cream cheese around the top of the cake mix. 
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon & swirl the mixture with a knife. 
7. Top with the remainder of the crescent rolls and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 
8. Remove from the oven and turn over onto a plate. 
9. Once cooled, inject the cake with jam from the top then add icing & sprinkles. 

*For the icing: mix 1/2 cup sifted powder sugar & 1 tbsp of water or milk.
