1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and line up the Ritz bits crackers. 2. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. 3. Boil the mixture for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick. 4. Pour the thickened toffee over the Ritz and spread it out evenly using a rubber spoon or spatula. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 - 5 minutes, until bubbly on top. 6. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. 7. After the chocolate sits for 5 minutes and is mostly melted, spread it evenly across the crackers. 8. Add sprinkles or candy immediately. 9. Place the Christmas crack in the fridge or freezer until set, then break into pieces. (You can also let it sit on the counter overnight.) ENJOY!
