Chocolate Lovers Parfait with White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

First, prepare the White Chocolate Covered Strawberries:

1. Pour white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir the chocolate then cook for another 20 seconds. Do not over melt or the chocolate will be burned and too thick to dip.
2. Pick up a strawberry by the leaves and carefully dip it into the chocolate making sure it’s coated up to the leaves. Place on parchment paper to dry.
3. Repeat until all 4 strawberries are coated. Let dry for at least 15 minutes before trying to remove them from the parchment paper.

Next, assemble the Chocolate Lovers Parfait:

1. In individual glasses, build the parfaits by starting with a layer of brownies (from the baked and cut milk chocolate brownie mix).
2. Add layers in this order: whipped cream, sprinkles, pretzels, whipped cream, chocolate hearts, whipped cream, sprinkles.
3. Top each parfait with 1 chocolate covered strawberry, a chocolate heart, and a chocolate pretzel. Repeat in additional glasses until you have used all the ingredients.

*You can also layer into a large trifle bowl and scoop out individual servings.
