1. Add strawberry ingredients (1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 ounce simple syrup) to a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour strawberry mixture into a glass. 3. Rinse blender out and add coconut layer ingredients (1 cup canned coconut milk, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 ounce simple syrup, 1 cup ice) to blender and blend until smooth. 4. Pour coconut mixture over strawberry mixture. 5. Garnish with coconut crisps & fresh strawberries. Enjoy! Optional: add rum to each layer or float on top.
