1. Boil the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes or until soft and mash. 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 3. Mix all the ingredients above except for the toppings. 4. Scoop the sweet potato mixture into individual ramekins or graham cracker pie crusts. 5. Mix the topping ingredients together and spoon onto the sweet potatoes. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the topping are bubbling. Enjoy!
