1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a shallow dish pour 1 cup of pizza sauce into the dish. 3. Place chicken breast ( sliced down the middle but don’t cut all the way in half so you can stuff it). 4. Add the diced tomatoes around the chicken. 5. Add the rest of the sauce between the 2 chicken breast then add the pizza stuffing. 6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning. 7. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until the chicken temp reaches at least 165 degrees.
