1. Preheat the grill to 450 degrees. 2. Par boil the potatoes & corn for about 12 minutes. Remove from water and let cool. 3. Build the skewers: 2 corn skewers, 1 potato skewer, 3 shrimp & sausage skewers. 4. Melt the butter and pour evenly onto the skewers then sprinkle with creole seasoning. 5. Grill the skewers for 5 minutes a side and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
