Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients above to the bowl and mix until well combined. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups (I use paper lines too) and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean when tested. Enjoy!
