Here’s an easy but elegant appetizer/side dish for Easter or any spring brunch you have coming up! I made it a little extra special by adding my favorite caviar @therealtsarnicoulai 🖤

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, unfold out the puff pastry sheet. 3. Roll out to make a thin even crust. 4. Spread out the Greek yogurt onto the sheet leaving 1” on each side then sprinkle seasonings, & herbs. 5. Spread evenly 3/4 of the cheese, asparagus, & peas. 6. Sprinkle with more seasoning, herbs & rest of the cheese. 7. Fold each side towards the middle and spread to seal the corners. 8. Brush with egg wash & bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is starting to brown. 9. Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut and serve with caviar if desired or by its self. Enjoy!
