Here’s an easy way to make salad more fun with pizza croutons! Also includes a protein-packed Caesar dressing recipe.

1. In a bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients (Greek yogurt, garlic cloves, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, salt, ground black pepper, and optional anchovies) until well combined. Add water, if needed, to thin out the dressing. 2. On a plate, add ¼ of the head of washed lettuce, followed by 2 tablespoons of dressing & 6 pizza croutons or more if desired. 3. Repeat to make the other salad portions. 4. Option: top with Parmesan and fresh black pepper. Enjoy!
