1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, bacon & jalapeños. 3. Slice chicken breast down the side to make a pocket and stuff with the cream cheese mixture. Repeat so all the chicken is stuffed. 4. Sprinkle seasoning all over the chicken and place in a greased pan. 5. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven & sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each breast. 6. Place back in the oven, uncovered, for 5 more minutes or until melted and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Garnish with green onions or cilantro. Enjoy!
