I took the best of both worlds and make this Peach Crumble Cookie that you must try asap! It was so easy to assemble. I cooked it on my grill but you can totally bake in the oven if you want. Everyone will love this so make sure to save & share with your friends!

1. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees. 
2. Prepare the cookie mix according to the package. 
3. Press cookie dough into a greased iron skillet. 
4. In a small bowl mix together the peaches & crumble topping. 
5. Pour onto the cookie. 
6. Grill for 25 minutes or until browning & bubbly. Enjoy!
