Steak and Egg Omelet

I love steak and eggs so I decided to make it into an omelet using @kevins.natural.foods peppercorn steak tips.

1. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a skillet. Discard the broth in the beef packet and sauté the beef for a few minutes to heat up the beef. Then stir in the sauce. 2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. 3. Prepare the omelet. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. 4. In a skillet over low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the eggs with salt and pepper. Allow bottom of eggs to set, about 3 minutes then gently push the edge of the egg while tilting the pan to allow the egg on top to flow underneath. Repeat this around until no liquid is left. 5. When the egg is done cooking, add the beef to one side of the omelet and roll up. Add fresh chives on top and Enjoy!
