CHICKEN DIVAN (No Canned Soup)

I finally figured out a way to make one of my favorites, CHICKEN DIVAN, without using canned cream of chicken soup! I used cottage cheese, Greek yogurt & chicken broth and it was just as good if not better plus double the protein! You must save & try my recipe asap:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a disposable pan or casserole dish with cooking spray. 3. Spread evenly in the pan the rice, chicken, & broccoli. 4. Then add spices, cottage cheese, yogurt & broth. 5. Once well combined, top with the the shredded cheese. 6. Bake covered for 30 minutes then over cover and cook for 15 more minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
