You’ve had Christmas Crack… but have you tried Christmas Crack Bites? Even better because they’re perfectly portioned and individually wrapped. This easy recipe is a must-add to your holiday goodie list! *I suggest using silicone baking cups or non stick paper cups.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line muffins tins and place 1 ritz cracker in each muffin liner. 2. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan and bring the mixture to a boil. 3. Boil the mixture for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick. 4. Pour the thickened toffee over each ritz cracker. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 4 minutes, until bubbly on top. 6. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. 7. After the chocolate sits for 5 minutes and is mostly melted, spread it evenly across the cracker. 8. Add sprinkles or candy immediately. 9. Place the Christmas crack bites in the fridge or freezer until set. (I like to let it sit on the counter over night) ENJOY!
