1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, sweetener, nuts, cinnamon, & salt. 3. Stir in the maple pecan flavoring, coconut oil & vanilla syrup. 4. Pour the granola onto the cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven and let cool & become crunchy (at least 30 minutes). 6. Store in an airtight container or plastic bag. Enjoy!
