1. In a sauté pan over low heat add the oil & garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes. 2. Add in the tomatoes & sauté for another 2 minutes. 3. Stir in the cooked Turkey sausage & spinach. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the spinach is wilted. 4. Add in the whisked eggs and cook for about 3 minutes until scrambled over medium or however you like your eggs. 5. Top with feta & enjoy!
