Easy Cookie Monster Ice Cream

There are two easy ways to make this Cookie Monster Ice Cream:

Method 1 (From Scratch): Use a vanilla ice cream starter to make vanilla ice cream according to its package instructions. Once the ice cream is made, add blue food coloring and stir until you achieve the desired Cookie Monster blue color. Fold in your crumbled cookies. Freeze until firm.

Method 2 (Semi-Homemade): Purchase pre-made vanilla ice cream. Let it soften slightly at room temperature. Stir in blue food coloring until the ice cream reaches a vibrant blue hue. Gently fold in the crumbled cookies. Return the ice cream to the freezer and freeze until firm before serving.
