A quick and easy homemade keto horseradish sauce perfect for wagyu tri-tip or other grilled meats. It's low-carb and uses fresh horseradish for a bold flavor.

1. Whip the cream using a hand or stand mixer until it has soft peaks. 2. Stir in the horseradish, vinegar, mustard powder, sweetener, salt and pepper and mix well. If it is too thick, add more vinegar and cream to make it the consistency you like. 3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
