Breakfast Crunch Wrap Supreme

This was a perfect & easy breakfast. I sautéed breakfast sausage then added scrambled eggs & cheddar cheese. Next I browned Green Giant cauliflower hashbrowns. I took a low carb tortilla by Ole Mex La Banderita and cut it into fours. I took another tortilla and placed a hashbrown and then egg mixture. I placed 1 triangle piece of tortilla that I cut in the middle, pinched the tortilla around & sautéed in butter.

Take another tortilla and place a hashbrown and then the egg mixture. Place 1 triangle piece of tortilla that you cut earlier in the middle, pinch the tortilla around to seal, and sauté in butter until golden.
