1. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until smooth. 2. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the sauce to save for dipping then thin out the rest of the sauce with a little water to create the marinade for the chicken. 3. Add the chicken breast, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 4. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add a little sesame oil or neutral oil. 5. Place marinated chicken in the pan (shake off excess marinade if it’s thick). 6. Cook 5–7 minutes per side (longer for bone-in) until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F) 7. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Enjoy!
