1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. 2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and hot sauce if using. 3. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, spooning sauce over the shrimp as they cook, until pink and just done. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with lots of bread for dipping.
