Forget take out this week and make my Sweet & Sour Meatballs! These are way healthier (probably half of the sugar), easy & of course delicious.

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a bowl mix together the meatball ingredients (ground meat, minced dried onions, [Not So] Simple Spice, fresh cilantro, panko). Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. 3. Bake the meatballs at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temp has reached 165°F. 4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions & peppers in the oil for about 6 minutes. 5. Stir in the minced garlic & sauté for another 2 minutes. 6. Stir in the remaining sauce ingredients (pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, cornstarch mixed with water, diced pineapple) & simmer for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the cooked meatballs. 7. Cook for another few minutes then garnish with sesame seeds & fresh cilantro and enjoy!
