1. In a shallow bowl, mix the eggs, powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or butter. Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture and brown for about 2 minutes then turn over to brown the other side. 3. Repeat until all the sticks are cooked. 4. Garnish with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired then serve with maple syrup and ice cream for a little something extra. Enjoy!
