1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large skillet, brown the meat with 1.5 tsp Simple spice or salt & pepper as well as the Italian seasoning. 3. Add in the mushrooms and spinach. Sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce. 4. In a bowl, mix together the egg, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 tsp oregano, basil, & a sprinkle of salt & pepper. 5. Using individual greased shallow dishes or greased casserole pan if desired, layer the lasagna. 6. Add a little sauce first then 1 lasagna noodle, add a spoonful of meat mixture, then the ricotta mixture, top with another noodle and repeat. Make as many layers as you want. 7. Once all layers are completed, top with 1 last noodle, a spoonful of Alfredo sauce, mozzarella & parm. 8. Cover & bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with spinach & tomatoes. Enjoy!
