1. Add oil to a skillet over medium heat and add the minced onions & garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute. 2. Add in the egg and scramble. Add salt & pepper or my [Not So] SIMPLE SPICE. 3. Add in the green peas, carrots and cooked rice. 4. Stir in the soy sauce and vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often. 5. Garnish with fresh green onions. *add in cooked meats or seafood if desired.
