Directions: 1. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the hot sauce & cilantro. 2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. 3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more. 4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface. 5. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. (Discard leftover marinade.) 6. Cook chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F. 7. Let rest for a couple of minutes. Slice if desired and garnish with hot sauce & cilantro.
