Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients together & form into balls. 3. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. 4. While the meatballs cook, make the sauce. 5. In a sauce pan, melt the butter then whisk in the flour. 6. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. 7. Whisk in the chicken broth, Dijon, & Worcestershire. Simmer for 5 minutes. 8. Whisk in the Greek yogurt or sour cream. Season with salt & pepper. 9. To serve, add cooked pasta & meatballs to the sauce. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
