This is an easy pasta sauce to make for a Thanksgiving side and or use it for leftovers and add turkey to it!

1. In a small sauce pan, heat the oil oven medium heat and sauté the onions for about 7 minutes. 2. Add in the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes then stir in the mushrooms, spices, vinegar & chicken broth. 3. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft. 4. Stir in the pumpkin purée & yogurt. 5. Optional: stir in leftover turkey, ground meat & choice of pasta. Enjoy!
