An oldie but goodie! My Bang Bang Shrimp is a must try and it’s so EASY. Save this recipe for when you need something quick but impressive. Trust me, your friends and family will be asking for it again and again!

For the Bang Bang Sauce: Add all ingredients (mayo, Sriracha, rice vinegar, sugar or sweetener) to a bowl and whisk until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. For the shrimp: Coat the shrimp with cornstarch. Heat avocado or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat until the temperature reaches 350°F (it should NOT be smoking). Add shrimp to the oil and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden brown. You can flip the shrimp after 2 minutes to brown both sides. Serve over rice with bang bang sauce, green onions, and any other veggies/toppings. Enjoy!
