1. Preheat the Grill to 500 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. 3. Form into hamburger patties. 4. Cook the burgers on a grill or griddle at 500 for about 8 minutes a side or until the internal temperature is your desire. 5. Serve in a pita pocket with all your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
