1. Heat a large pot over a medium heat. 2. Melt the butter and sauté the onion for about 4 minutes then add the garlic, spices & herbs. 3. Add the green chilies, chicken stock, beans, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes. 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream and green onions or cilantro. Enjoy!
