1. Marinate 1 pork loin overnight in your marinade of choice (the original post suggests @stubbsbbqsauce citrus & garlic marinade). 2. Place the marinated pork loin and any remaining marinade into an @instantpotofficial. Cook for 20 minutes. 3. Once cooking is finished, release the pressure from the Instant Pot and let the pork cool for about 10 minutes. Then, shred the pork with two forks. 4. Lastly, prepare the Pad Thai kit: Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the box. 5. Combine the cooked noodles, the sauce from the kit, the shredded pulled pork, and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
