1. In a shallow bowl, add the fish, lime juice, orange juice, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and cilantro. Stir to combine. 2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours. After 1 hour, stir ingredients to make sure everything is coated in the marinade and add the mango or pineapple chunks. 3. After 2 hours, stir again and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with chips and Enjoy!
