1. Remove the skin from trout. Flake trout into pieces with a fork into a medium size bowl 2. In a small bowl, mix together all the other ingredients until combined then fold into the trout, being careful not to break the pieces up too much. 3. Garnish with more dill & chives Serve with crackers or bread. Enjoy!
