1. In a shallow bowl, whisk egg & milk. 2. Build & griddle your sandwich so it’s nice and crispy. The example uses ham, turkey & Swiss cheese on sourdough. 3. In a pan, melt butter. Dip your sandwich in the egg mixture and cook the sandwich for about 3 minutes on each side. *Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite jam. Enjoy!
