1. Using a hand or stand mixer, cream the butter until smooth, about 3 minutes. 2. Slowly add in the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time until incorporated. 3. Add in the vanilla, salt & milk. Mix again for about a minute until smooth & creamy. 4. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. *add more milk to make the icing thinner if preferred.
