To make the Green Sherbet: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup Swerve granular sweetener, 1/4 cup lime juice or flavoring, 1 pinch sea salt, and 6 drops green food coloring. 2. Pour the mixture into a pre-frozen ice cream maker. Turn on and run for about 20 minutes until the sherbet is the texture of soft serve. 3. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze for at least 4 hours. To make the Witches Brew: 1. In a small glass, mix 1/4 cup Swerve granular sweetener and 1/2 cup warm water together. 2. In a large bowl, add 6 scoops of the prepared green sherbet, the sweetened water mixture, and 32 oz soda water. 3. Garnish with gummy worms, if desired.
