1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds, then stir. Microwave for 10 more seconds and stir until melted. 3. Add the 3 drops of orange food coloring and stir until combined. (If you can’t find orange food coloring you can mix 1 drop of red and 2 drops of yellow) 4. Hold your bowl of chocolate at an angle. Grab strawberries by the stem and dip both sides in the chocolate and place on your parchment paper. Continue doing this for all the strawberries. Let the strawberries harden while you prepare the pudding cups. 5. Prepare the pudding according to the box (Mix with 3 cups of milk and whisk until thick). 6. Divide the pudding into 6 cups and top with crushed oreos and the orange “carrot” strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
