Salsa Chicken Tacos

These Salsa Chicken Tacos are incredibly easy to make and take less than 30 minutes of active cooking time. The chicken is marinated overnight in salsa, then cooked in an Instant Pot with additional seasoning and water, and finally shredded to make delicious tacos.

1. Place the chicken in a gallon zip lock bag with 16oz salsa and marinate overnight. 2. Pour the contents of the bag into the Instant Pot with salt, taco seasoning & water. 3. Seal the Instant Pot and press the meat/stew setting for 20 minutes. 4. Once the timer goes off, vent to release the steam. Shred the chicken in the liquid and make your tacos. Enjoy! *You can use a slow cooker/crockpot instead but will need to cook for a few hours instead.
