A healthy version of fried chicken in the shape of heart nuggets, perfect for Valentine's Day or any occasion. Made with ground chicken, mashed potato, and air-fried until crispy.

1. In a medium bowl, mix the mashed potato, ground chicken & spices until well combined. 2. Mix in the egg. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees. 4. Line a cookie sheet with foil. 5. Take about 2 tbsp of mix, form into a heart using a cookie cutter or form into just nuggets & place on the cookie sheet. Repeat until all the mix is formed. 6. Spray some avocado oil or butter on top of the nuggets. This helps them get browned & crispy. 7. In batches, cook the nuggets in the air fryer for about 8 minutes, then turn & cook for another 5 minutes. 8. Remove & repeat until everything is cooked. Enjoy with your favorite condiments!
