What you need
cup cooked rice

bunch green onion
tsp fresh garlic

cup green peas

tbsp soy sauce
egg

tsp dried onion

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp cooking oil

cup carrot
Instructions
1. Add oil to a skillet over medium heat and add the minced onions & garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute. 2. Add in the egg and scramble. Add salt & pepper or my [Not So] SIMPLE SPICE. 3. Add in the green peas, carrots and cooked rice. 4. Stir in the soy sauce and vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often. 5.
